Tommy Beatty

 From an early age, I was inspired by the beauty and grandeur in nature. This resulted in me becoming an avid outdoorsman. I also became interested in art but didn't pursue that interest until later in life. My career lead me in a different direction but never extinguished the interest in nature and art. 

 My interest in nature flourished while my interest in art was more passive until I discovered photography. Over a period of 30 years I have accumulated photographs numbering in the tens of thousands. Many of these are used to draw inspiration for my paintings. After retirement, the interest in art became a passion.
